The best week of my summer!
Numerous volunteers return year after year to experience the magic of watching a child ride for the first time — not to mention the allure of another cool tee shirt. We welcome volunteers who are at least 8th grade.
Get hours for community service!
Half and full day volunteer opportunities give you the chance to spend time with some very cool people, be part of the magic when a new rider takes flight, and still have energy to celebrate afterward. Don’t worry about exercising this week, for you will get plenty here! Bring your community service form from your school and we’ll sign it!
The children you work with will bond with you.
The power of that bond is critical to the rider’s success and can be compromised by hit-or-miss volunteer attendance. Additionally, many of our children are sensitive to change. For these reasons, consistency in spotter attendance is vital.

2. Complete and Send

3. Sign up on-line
Visit our Online Volunteer Sign-up Form and complete all information.
4. Plan for Orientation
Mark you calendar to attend a MANDATORY orientation meeting on Sunday, June 16th at Concordia University Gymnasium at 6:00 pm.
5. Receive Confirmation via e-mail.
We will send you a Volunteer Spotter confirmation of your volunteer times and dates via e-mail.
Please check your in-box and your junk box too, as this has been a problem in the past.
